Thank you; for welcoming me into your home.  For being so calm and happy with four boys to care for while we took photos.  For sharing those sweet boys with me for a while.  For listening to me talk; and talking together.  Working with your family was a blessing.  I would love to see you again in the future.

I hope you find something to treasure in these photos.  I found so much...  Tiny toes, wild rowdy laughter, missing teeth, quiet moments, brotherly love.  

There is something extraordinary in the ordinary.  Something beautiful in the simplest of days.  These are the children of my amazing friend, MaryBeth.  I love her and that she sees this beauty too.  And she continues to invite me to photograph it for her.  To capture the little moments, the everyday.

It's always a good day when I get to snuggle a sweet new baby.  This little guy was super sweet and big brother wasn't shy for a minute!  Loved meeting these two (and their dog!) this afternoon.

The momma of this lovely little thing is one of the teachers we considered beloved at my house.  She holds a special place in my heart.  She was Elijah's teacher in 4th grade and the first person to really get what a weird, wonderful, intelligent kid he is.  

Momma told me immediately that although they'd practice some smiles, she wasn't sure if I'd get one or not.  But that's o.k....  Look at what we did get!
